“Will the notary get it right?”
A missed signature or a late package can delay funding and force a costly re-sign. Vetting notaries one by one doesn’t scale.
One brand, two engines: a B2B closing platform for lenders and title companies, and a consumer mobile-notary service that is already in the field across Metro Atlanta.
Title companies worry the notary won’t get it right. Notaries worry they won’t get paid. Consumers don’t know who to call. VeriRoute solves both sides of that trust gap with verification, routing and payment built into one system.

Each side feeds the other: Concierge builds the brand and field network locally; the platform scales it nationally.

Independent notaries chase payments and take assignments with little insight into how a hiring company treats its professionals.
Wills, powers of attorney and apostilles are high-stakes documents, and finding a trustworthy notary who will come to you is harder than it should be.

Title companies post a closing; VeriRoute dispatches the best-qualified verified notary, tracks every step to delivery, and releases payment on confirmation.

A commissioned, insured notary who comes to you — wills, POAs, trusts, contracts, apostilles, fingerprinting and certified translations — seven days a week.
A verified hiring company creates a closing order with its requirements.
The engine scores every eligible notary on distance, availability, credentials, experience and performance.
The notary accepts, confirms the appointment and completes the signing.
Scanbacks are reviewed and shipping is tracked through confirmed delivery.
Payment is approved only after delivery, then both sides review each other.
The core order pipeline has been tested end to end, with a documented build-test-freeze discipline for every release.
Notaries: commission, bond, E&O, background and contact checks. Companies: licensing, insurance and an authorized representative before they can dispatch.
Expiring credentials are flagged automatically, and a $100k E&O minimum is enforced with a 30-day grace period.
Stripe-powered monthly platform-fee invoicing with volume tiers, plus recurring notary memberships.
Companies rate notaries, notaries rate companies, and payment-timing stats show who pays on time.
Role-based access, borrower privacy by default, and verified daily backups with 90-day retention.
An automation watchdog alerts the team if any money-critical or compliance job stops running.
Volume-tiered rates reassessed on trailing order volume, invoiced monthly, with an optional automation add-on.
Free and paid tiers. Verified Pro and Verified Elite add priority placement, early access to offers and a wider service radius.
Notarization, travel, apostille, fingerprinting and translation fees, plus recurring accounts for local businesses.
Vetted notaries for companies; payment clarity for notaries.
A software platform backed by a live field operation.
Per-order fees plus monthly memberships.
Identity verification, new states and new field services.
Torisha Johnson built VeriRoute from the signing table outward. Since 2019 she has worked across Metro Atlanta as a commissioned Georgia Notary Public trained in Loan Signings. Her closings include purchase, seller, refinance and reverse mortgage transactions, and she also handles powers of attorney, wills, trusts and affidavits. She has seen firsthand where the closing process breaks down: late assignments, uncertain quality and notaries left waiting to be paid.
Her background covers the three disciplines VeriRoute depends on:
Today Torisha is a system builder. VeriRoute is the platform she wished existed as a working notary. It verifies every professional, routes every order to the right person, tracks each document from signing to delivery, and protects both the companies that hire and the notaries who show up. She runs VeriRoute Concierge, the company’s mobile notary division, herself. That keeps the platform grounded in real field work.
